Your main work
- Build and nurture strong client relationships
- Engage with clients across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat) creating meaningful interactions that drive retention
- Actively listen and address client concerns with empathy and persuasive communication overcoming objections
- Promote marketing campaigns and offers in a way that resonates with client needs and goals
- Meet personal and team targets
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to accurately track and manage clients, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Manage client satisfaction through proactive support, training, and incentive offerings, ensuring that clients have access to up-to-date information
What we’re looking for
- Passionate about helping others and genuinely wants to see clients succeed
- Personal experience in trading or a strong interest in the FX market
- Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages will be an advantage)
- A results-driven person who loves to set and achieve goals
- Open-minded, adaptable and can think outside of the box
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- A great communicator with strong networking capabilities
- Proactive and able to work independently to expand the business
