We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist, in Cyprus, to provide exceptional support and assistance to our clients throughout their journey with us. What you’ll be doing
- Strive to create outstanding client experience through impactful communication
- Engage with clients’ inquiries through phone, email, and live chats
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries effectively
- Respond promptly and eloquently to customer inquiries, handling and resolving them flawlessly
- Record details of all inquiries, comments, and complaints in CRM system
- Coordinate with the sales & retention teams globally and other relevant departments
- Assist new clients with the account opening process and company’s KYC procedures
- Proactively provide clients with relevant information regarding the website, promotions, products and updates
- Act as an ambassador for the Company upholding the highest level of service
- Stand in for Customer Support Manager in rotation with the other members of the team when required.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in a Customer Support role, ideally in the Forex Industry
- Fluent Verbal and Written English. A second language is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to handle a busy workload and prioritize tasks
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- CySEC basic certification would be considered advantageous
