On MT5, you can save your Trade History in HTML form or as an Excel and use it as your Account Statement for your records. Here’s how:

1. Launch your MetaTrader 5 platform.
2. Find your toolbox window at the bottom of your screen. If its hidden, you can enable it by clicking View and Toolbox (or CTRL+T).
3. Go to the ''History'' tab and right click within the area.
4. Click on "All History" to view your complete trading history, or select a specific time period including "Last 3 Months" and "Last Month" from the drop-down menu. You can select a more specific period by clicking "Custom Period ".
5. Right-click again in the "History" area.
6. In the drop-down menu, hover over "Report" and select the file format you prefer (HTML or Excel) to save your report.
7. Select your report’s Save Location.
8. A new browser window will open, displaying your trade activity report in your specified format.
9. To print an HTML report, right-click on the file and select "Print". For an Excel report, go to "File" in the upper left corner and choose "Print" to print your report.

2. Find your terminal window at the bottom of your screen. If it's hidden, you can enable it by clicking View and Terminal (or CTRL+T).
3. Go to the ''Account History'' tab and right click within the area.
4. Select "All History" to view all your Trade History or choose a specific time period based on your requirement, including "Last 3 Months" and "Last Month". You can select a more specific period by clicking "Custom Period".
5. A report will appear showing your trading activity.
6. Right-click again in the " Account History " area.
7. Now choose "Save as Report" or "Save as Detailed Report" (which includes extra performance data including your Balance History and Profit Factor).
8. Select your Account Statement’s save location. Once saved, it will be displayed.
9. To print the report, simply right-click on it and select "Print". Make sure your computer is connected to a printer.

To close your account, simply send us a written instruction via email and we will process your request immediately. We may also request additional information as to the reason(s) that have led you to close your account.

If you are opening a new account, there is a maximum you can deposit depending on your region. If you wish to deposit more, you will need to upload your proof-documents so that we can increase the limit for you. Or, contact us for assistance.

For easyMarkets platform your username is your email and you will be prompted at login in case you forgot your password. For MT4, if you have forgotten your login details, please contact us either via live chat (click icon) for immediate assistance or email us.

In order to reset your web password, simply click log in and then on forgot password. You will need to check your email (used on the account) for a mesasge from us, with a special link to reset your password.
