As a Head of Education at easyMarkets SA, you will play a key role in providing insightful financial market analysis while leading and managing educational services in South Africa. Your expertise in technical and fundamental analysis will contribute to market reports, newsletters and educational content, helping traders make informed decisions.
In this role, you will also be responsible for creating and sharing engaging market knowledge across various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Additionally, you will design and deliver trainings sessions to enhance trader’s skills and oversee the development of educational materials.
As the Head of Education, you will work towards achieving easyMarkets’ vision in South Africa, aligning with the company’s values and commitment to Simply Honest trading.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and deliver training sessions to students
- Create and update educational materials and modules for inhouse/online training
- Lead and manage the education team
- Oversee the recruitment of staff for the easyMarkets institute in South Africa
- Create daily market analysis, providing detailed technical and fundamental reviews of global markets
- Create and present on YouTube and social media platforms, covering market analysis, trading strategies and educational insights
- Develop weekly newsletters, summarizing key market events, predictions, and insights.
- Assist content writers by providing technical market knowledge, ensuring content is accurate and educational.
- Conduct in-depth technical and fundamental analysis, helping shape content strategies and educational materials.
- Monitor market trends, identifying potential trading opportunities and risks to keep content relevant and timely
- Utilize TradingView charts for developing visual analysis and supporting the content creation process.
What we’re looking for
- Experienced trading coach or financial trainer or related
- Hands on experience in developing FX training programs and materials
- 3+ years’ experience in Market Analysis with strong background in technical and fundamental analysis
- Proficiency with TradingView charting tools
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to convey complex market concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Proven ability to create market reports and/ or newsletters
- Skilled in collaborating with content writers and share technical insights to enhance written materials
- Comfortable on camera and able to present market insights in an engaging and professional manner on social media platforms
- A solid understanding of financial instruments, markets, and economic indicators
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Degree/Diploma in the relevant field
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Extensive experience in educational leadership and management
Will be nice to also have
- A RE5 Certification or equivalent qualification in financial markets.
- Experience with video content creation and an understanding of YouTube's platform and audience.
- Knowledge of additional charting platforms and market analysis tools.
- Experience in educational content creation or financial trading tutorials.
