HR Associate (Maternity Cover) 

About your role 

In this role we are looking for a passionate HR person to assist in our daily operations till our colleague comes back from her maternity.  

 You'll be key in onboarding new talent, supporting employee growth through training, and handling inquiries with care. From managing leave and visas to driving essential HR operations, you’ll play a vital role in shaping a positive employee experience. You'll also assist in our recruitment process, manage our applicant tracking system, and deliver insightful reports.  

 Main activities and responsibilities 

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Be responsible for the whole onboarding and offboarding process of employees (offers, agreements, gathering necessary documents, inductions, exit interviews etc.,) 

  • Recruitment: Oversee and assist in company’s recruitment cycle (i.e. Job adverts, screening candidates, book and attend interviews, manage hiring managers, manage recruitment applicant tracking system etc.,) 

  • Training and Development: Maintain records, issue attendance certificates, assist with HRDA applications and update HRIS accordingly 

  • Leave Management: Monitor company’s absences and run reports 

  • Engagement: Assist in improving employee engagement through different internal initiatives such us team building activities, events etc., 

  • Migration: Prepare, submit and maintain third country national visa applications 

  • Policies, Procedures and Compliances: Assist in the improvement of HR policies and procedures and make sure we are compliant with local laws and legislations 

  • Other Administration: Perform daily HR Administration tasks such as processing employee requests, monitoring and processing the HR inbox, paperwork, processing medical insurance claims, or anything else that is required to support our team 

  • Metrics & Analytics: Analyse data and prepare detailed reports on a weekly and/or monthly basis 

 Key requirements 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role 

  • BSc/MSc in HR or related field 

  • Hands on experience with and Human Resources Information System (ideally Exelsys) 

  • Previous experience with HRDA applications 

  • Experience on handling third country national visas 

  • Managed recruitment pipeline 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek and English) 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills 

  • Excellent attention to detail 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 

  • A positive attitude and above all a team player
